Annual Awards evening

In 2024 CF hosted their first employee Annual Awards night.

Part of their reward and recognition strategy, the night brought the UK business together socially but through a business lens, recognising the amazing contributions and achievements of their people.

We helped scope the event, defining categories and criteria to encompass the breadth of the business, before taking responsibility for all the design and comms work. This included trophies, graphics, table POS, presentation templates and highlights reels, plus supporting internal comms including posters, SharePoint content, emails and supervisor memos. The event itself was planned and delivered by one of our preferred events partners, who we worked closely with to ensure everything came seamlessly together.
