At CF Fertilisers, professional and personal development go hand-in-hand. As well as a commitment to all things L&D, they are also committed to raising awareness and educating employees to appreciate and respect the challenges and perspectives of diverse communities in support of their I&E strategy.

We continue to work together to plan and activate their employee engagement calendar, including crafting and activating their Leadership Conference, whilst supporting and collaborating with their Wellbeing Committee and Inclusion Resource Group.
