Recruitment campaign

As an all through school, our challenge was to create a recruitment campaign that would work across the St James family of schools – Nursery, Preparatory, Senior Girls and Senior Boys – to deliver a consistent brand message whilst attracting families to their Open events.

Their philosophical traditions and the focus they place on the spiritual development of their pupils gave us a point of difference and our starting point. Using key imagery, including ‘The Pause’ – a moment of reflection which encapsulates so much of what they stand for – combined with a line that positions them and their target audience, the concept had the creative flexibility to span all four settings and multiple formats, rolling out across print, out of home, livery, digital and social.
