Faced with a challenging recruitment landscape, we’ve helped Baker Perkins take a more direct approach to their recruitment. 

To raise awareness and push a general recruitment message locally, we came up with dedicated creative and ran out of home and radio campaigns, supported by owned social media and Recruitment Days. To help make these open day-type events a more compelling proposition to our target audience, we invested in sponsored content (on- and offline) and endorsed Facebook posts, as well as increasing our geo-targeting and improving the content and UX of the Careers section of the website, with all traffic driven to a dedicated landing page.

Visitor numbers and job offers prove the worth of investing in experiential activation, and the campaign continues to flex between paid and organic activity based on requirements at any given time.
